I prepare this tutorial for you so that to know how to create a website from the scratch. i listed the tools for you to prepare so that to start your own website.

1) Web hosting services
2) Domain name
3) Notepad ++ , Adobe Dream Weaver or any web designing software
4) File Zilla Ftp Program For managing your website files

Lets start on web hosting services.
A web host, or web hosting service provider, is a business that provides the technologies and services needed for the website or webpage to be viewed in the Internet there are free and paid services. if you have enough balance you can purchase or if you don't have you can use these free hosting services. like 00webhost, freewebhosting, hostinger etc

Domain Name. 
Is the part of a network address which identifies it as belonging to a particular domain. There are free domain names and paid domain names other free hosting services provides also free domain names 
like pe.hu, 6te.net, eu5.org etc

Notepad ++ , Adobe Dream Weaver or any web designing software. These are for designing websites if you are using Notepad++ make sure that you have a knowledge of codes or if you are using software there is no need for knowing codes you just drag and drop your contents.

 File Zilla Ftp Program
FTP is File Transfer Protocol which enables you to manage your website files uploading, editing, deleting etc so i recommend you to use fileZilla ftp server so that to manage your website files easy.
